I should apologize for the lack of posts, this week has just been crazy, between car accidents, my grandma taking ill, my fiances' basement flooding and freezing temperatures I haven't had much time to spare.
I'll try to get an actual post up later tonight but in the meantime, thanks to everyone who has contributed so far to my little picture project, please keep them coming :).

Help Wanted.
So I have a little project that I'm in need of some help with, basically what I'm trying to do is create a scrapbook for my and the boys anniversary with a collaboration of pictures from as far around the world as I can get, stating Michelle loves Tyler in some shape or form.
Write it in the sand, hold a sign up near your city sign or a landmark, Shave it into your cat (okay, I'm joking about that one), just be as creative as you can be.
So if you're interested in helping here's what you do.
-Take a picture, make sure it has Michelle loves Tyler noticeable in it.
-Send it to colouredninja@gmail.com with your name, location and whatever else you wish to include (picture of yourself, short message, quote, what have you).
Last but not least, if you have a blog, feel free to pass on the message.

Gotta Catch Em All
I've been busy this past week, yet nothing overly interesting has happened in the least. Although I did find my old Gameboy, complete with Pokemon Red, hidden in a corner of my closet last night and continued to have a Pokemon fest with the fiance while watching the Family Chanel. I remember being much better at that game, although I probably got much more creative with the naming of things this time around.
Today I woke up with a sore throat, fever and my left cheek hurts, which is probably not related to being sick but still brings down the whole vibe. I'm tired of Winter, or maybe I should just learn to dress for the -20 degree weather and stop walking around in heels and light coats when I need boots and a Northface.
But here's my outfit from yesterday, in hindsight I don't know if the socks and heels thing worked out that well but it was cold and I was only in public for a short while. Or maybe i just should have picked plain socks instead.

Heath Ledger Found Dead at 28
As many of you probably know Heath Ledger was found dead this afternoon in his apartment from a suspected drug overdose. While I was quite fond of him and his work when I brought the news up to my fiance he just said he knew the name but couldn't place any movies he'd been in, his parents just looked at me like I made him up.
For those of you who don't know him, he's been in many lesser known films as well as Brokeback Mountain, Ten Things I Hate About You, The Brothers Grimm, Lords of Dogtown and others. He's also playing the Joker in the newest Batman movie, The Dark Knight which is set to release sometime in 2008. He's also listed as being in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, which as far as I could see was still in pre production or filming stages so I guess we'll see what happens there.
They are currently unsure whether it was an accidental or intentional death.

Drift, Drift, Drift.
So I am well aware that The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift is a horrible movie on about every level possible, But I love it. It's so bad you can't not want to watch it.
I have no idea why I'm posting about this on a fashion blog since there's absolutely nothing inspirational about this movie, unless you're in to very tiny plastic and or furry outfits.
But I've had the ending song stuck in my head for the past thirty two hours and decided to share that with you.

Oh the possibilites.
I have no idea what to do with my hair, I've been letting it grow and fade for about three or four months, I can't remember. And it's still really black and I have about four inches of blonde roots which probably looks ridiculous but I don't really care.
I have a few options I'm thinking about, one is trying to get my hair this colour, it's pretty close to my natural colour but dirtier. I heard about this product by Loreal called Effasol that's supposed to take permanent hair dye out without being too damaging to your hair but I kind of want to look into that more before trying it. I've kind of been wanting to go blonde again though.

Another is going to a dark brown and cutting it something like this, I'm not sure how I'd look with short hair though.
Or I'm thinking of letting it grow out a bit more then cutting it super short. Again the whole me pulling off short hair comes into affect but it would probably be the best way to get the black out without damaging the hair too much.

Or I could just dye it black again and give up. I've always had a it's just hair it'll grow attitude but I'm pretty much lost on what I should try this time.

Shades of Black
Sorry for lack of updates, the end of my cold knocked me on my ass and I'm still not fully over it, plus I was stuck in bed with cramps the other day so it's been a lovely little bit for me.
I still don't really feel like doing anything but the boy is having an American Gladiators party tonight so I have to go to that, or atleast feel that I should, I get along really well with all his friends though so that shouldn't be too bad. I just might skip the after bit at the local truck stop.
I had something else I wanted to talk about but I can't remember what it was now, oh well I'll post laster if i remember it.
But here's my outfit for tonight, I couldn't for the life of me get a decent picture so this will have to do unfortunately.

First Tag
So I've been tagged by Wendy to post six important things I always carry in a purse. Honestly, when you saw the contents of my bag the other day, that is not a good representation of how I normally keep my purses, most of the time there's enough random junk in there that I could probably live out of it for a few days.
But here's some of the things you'd find in the majority, if not all, of my purses.
Dentyne Fire gum: I've been a gum chewer since I was little, I blame my dad, and I also love anything cinnamon.
Tide to Go pen: This thing is amazing. My friends always bug me about being a mom for carrying them but they always seem to come in handy.
Tea: I used to be addicted to coffee (three cups a day) but the past few months I've cut that habit and switched to tea (less caffeine and cheaper, yay!) but I used to be picky about the tea I drank, not so much anymore but I got into the habit of always having my favorites with me.
Glove and or Mittens: I have bad circulation (there's some sort of medical term but I always forget it) in my hands, even walking five minutes outside in cold weather makes them turn bright red and loose most mobility so I always have to carry gloves.
Cellphone: Who doesn't live off their cell now adays?
Rocky Mountain soap Company Headache Soother: It's a natural scented oil that you rub on your temples and hairline and it decreases headache pain, I was kins of iffy about it at first but I was in the store with a headache (I'm prone to getting them) one day and decided to give it a chance, now I don't know what I'd do without it sometimes.
Now I will tag:

Snow what fun
I have no interesting story to share from today unfortunately , although last night I went break dancing for a bit with the boy, which was probably a bad idea since I was congested and upside down.
Here's what i wore this morning while kicking about the house.
Then I had to run to the store for some things and since it's still way too cold for tights I changed a bit. I had to take advantage of the warm (-5) weather and take some outside pictures.
I love living in Alberta, where cowboy boots will never go out of style.

Fighting the cold.
I felt a bit better when i got up this morning, still not great but an improvement. Just decided to kick around the house today, my dad got off work early so we made lunch and watched TV for a bit. My dad is an amazing cook, he has recipes published in magazines and such, it's always weird when I go to friends houses and their dads can't cook.
Later I got bored and decided to see how much junk I've collected in my purse over the past few weeks since getting it. Wasn't nearly as bad as I expected actually.
Pink gloves.
Strawberry lippy from the body shop.
Ipod shuffle.
Sephora Holiday compact.
Sephora pop up brush.
String gang key chain with house key.
Mustard yellow Kathy Van Zealand wallet.
Change 'Purse'.
Motorola cellphone.
Purple makeup case. Various cosmetics inside.
Assorted teas.
Cold medication.
But here's my outfit for today and yes, I'm nineteen and still have a teddy bear.

And I want to thank everyone for all the comments lately, it's nice to check back and know that you're not rambling on to yourself, as it can often feel that way when you're just breaking into this whole blogging thing.

Spring came early? Only in my bedroom
As much as I love snow and winter, I'm starting to miss spring/fall temperatures, where you can layer but you also don't need to be under five pounds of clothing to keep warm.
So when I woke up with a fever, having to skip what would have probably been a great sledding adventure, I chose to play around with some of my spring clothing (even though I won't be wearing any of it till March). I decided this is the year I'm finally going to get over my fear of skirts and dresses and actually get wear out of all the cute ones I've shoved to the back of my closet over the years.

Craving summer.
I know Christmas has just pasted and I shouldn't already have a wishlist but I can't help myself, some things are too cute not to lust after.
I've been eyeing this bathing suit over at Victoria Secret for some time now, but with holiday shopping I didn't want to order too much, especially something I don't have a lot of use for at the current time. Maybe I'll order it after paying off some bills.

I adore these, I'm not one of oversized sunglasses but they have glitter in them! I need to make friends in the states, I'm not paying 45$ shipping on a pair of 18$ sunglasses.

As cute as this is I can't see paying 110$ for a necklace I can probably make for under 10. Gives me a push to get back into my jewelry making though.

Welcome to the year 2008.
So I've decided to start off 2008 with eight things about myself that most of you probably don't know.
1. I'm seventh generation Canadian on my moms side, British on my dads. I tend to use a lot of British slang and randomly when I'm talking my accent comes back for a few words, I can't control it or force it too come out, it just randomly decides to come back.
2. I lived in Auckland, New Zealand for a short time while growing up.
3. I was a semi professional dancer and competitive rock climber before I tore ligaments in my knee, didn't let it heal properly and now I can't fully straighten my left leg.
4. I'm a huge pansy in the cold, even though I've spent most of my life in Alberta with -20 winters, as soon as it drops below -8 I complain.
5. I love salad dressing on pasta, it's a mouthgasm.
6. I love wearing cute underwear and bras, even if I'm dressing like a bum and I know no one will see them that day I still do it.
7. Growing up I had an invisible friend named Sam, he was a little blue monster.
8. I'm pretty much addicted to dvd's and buy at least one a week, I love bargain movie bins and spend hours going through them trying to find something worth while.
I got Sabrina today for 5$ at a local superstore.
Along with:

Black and silver Guess jacket for 40$, retail 128$.
Two pairs of wool/angora socks.
Mustard Yellow wallet.
Along with chips, poptarts and random other food since my parents are away till Saturday and I have the house to myself.
I haven't been wearing anything that interesting lately, I blame the cold but decided it was time for an outfit picture. So I leave you with this, here's what I wore running around town today:
